Isolate the bacteria from the patient sample. Spread the bacteria evenly on a Mueller-Hinton agar plate. Place antibiotic-impregnated disks on the agar surface. Incubate the plate at 35-37°C for 18-24 hours. Measure the zone of inhibition around each disk.
