Not all pregnant women are candidates for ECV. Ideal candidates are those who have: - A single fetus in a breech or transverse position - No history of uterine abnormalities or previous C-sections - Adequate amniotic fluid - A normally functioning placenta - No contraindications for vaginal delivery
