What Exercises Can Nurses Do for Core Strengthening?
There are several exercises that nurses can incorporate into their routine to strengthen their core:
Planks: Hold the body in a straight line from head to heels, engaging the core muscles. Bridges: Lie on your back with knees bent, lift hips towards the ceiling, and hold. Russian Twists: Sit on the floor with knees bent, lean back slightly, and twist the torso from side to side. Leg Raises: Lie on your back, lift legs towards the ceiling, and lower them slowly without touching the ground. Bird-Dog: Start on all fours, extend one arm and the opposite leg, then switch sides.
