Tachyarrhythmias are a category of cardiac arrhythmias characterized by an abnormally fast heart rate, typically above 100 beats per minute. These arrhythmias can originate from the atria, ventricles, or junctional tissues of the heart. Common examples include atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, supraventricular tachycardia (SVT), and ventricular tachycardia.
