Neck stretches: Gently tilt your head side to side to relieve tension in the neck and shoulders. Shoulder shrugs: Lift your shoulders towards your ears and hold, then release to relax shoulder muscles. Upper back stretch: Interlace your fingers and push your hands forward to stretch the upper back. Hamstring stretch: Sit on the floor with one leg extended and reach towards your toes to stretch the hamstrings. Calf stretch: Stand with one foot forward and the other back, keeping the back heel on the ground to stretch the calves. Wrist flexor stretch: Extend your arm in front of you with your palm up and gently pull back on your fingers with the other hand.
