Cuff Placement: Wrap the cuff around the upper arm, making sure it is snug but not too tight. 3. Inflation and Measurement: Turn on the device. The cuff will automatically inflate and then deflate while the device measures the blood pressure. 4. Reading: Once the measurement is complete, the device will display the systolic and diastolic pressures along with the pulse rate.
