Health Promotion and Maintenance: Focuses on the nurseâs role in promoting health and preventing disease. Psychosocial Integrity: Covers the emotional, mental, and social well-being of patients. Physiological Integrity: Encompasses Basic Care and Comfort, Pharmacological and Parenteral Therapies, Reduction of Risk Potential, and Physiological Adaptation.
