Eligibility for the NCLRP includes several key criteria:
Applicants must be U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, or lawful permanent residents. They must have completed their training and be licensed registered nurses (RNs) or advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs), such as nurse practitioners. Applicants must work full-time in a qualifying CSF or as nurse faculty at an eligible nursing school. They should have outstanding qualifying educational loans for nursing education.
