To be eligible for AANP Certification, candidates must meet certain educational and clinical requirements. Typically, applicants must have completed a graduate-level NP program that is accredited by a recognized accrediting body. Additionally, they must have completed a specific number of supervised clinical hours in their specialty area. Candidates also need to have a current, active RN license.
