To become a CFRN, you generally need to meet the following qualifications:
Be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with an active nursing license. Have substantial clinical experience, typically in critical care or emergency nursing. Complete specialized training in flight nursing, which may include courses in advanced airway management, trauma care, and aviation physiology.
