The California Nurses Association (CNA) is a labor union and professional association representing registered nurses in California. Established in 1903, CNA has been a pioneering force in advocating for nurses' rights, patient care standards, and health care reform. It is affiliated with the National Nurses United (NNU), the largest union and professional association of registered nurses in the United States.
