PC6, also known as Neiguan, is an important acupuncture point located on the pericardium meridian in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It is situated on the inner forearm, approximately two cun (a unit of measure in TCM) above the wrist crease, between the tendons of the palmaris longus and flexor carpi radialis muscles. This point is renowned for its therapeutic benefits, especially in managing nausea and promoting relaxation.
