An RNFA's responsibilities include:
Preoperative patient assessment and preparation. Intraoperative assistance, which may involve handling tissues, using surgical instruments, and controlling bleeding. Providing exposure, suturing, and closing wounds. Postoperative care, including monitoring patients and providing follow-up care instructions.
