What are the Limitations of Regression Imputation?
Despite its advantages, regression imputation is not without limitations. It assumes that the relationships between variables are linear and that the missing data is missing at random. In reality, these conditions may not always hold true. Additionally, the accuracy of the imputed values heavily depends on the quality of the predictor variables and the regression model used.
