How to Perform the Abdominal Drawing In Maneuver?

To perform the ADIM, follow these steps:
1. Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the ground.
2. Place your fingertips just inside your hip bones.
3. Take a deep breath in, then exhale slowly.
4. During the exhalation, draw your belly button in towards your spine without moving your pelvis.
5. Hold the contraction for a few seconds while maintaining normal breathing.
6. Relax and repeat.
