The number of groups being compared will also influence your choice of test:
- Two Groups: Use a t-test for comparing two groups. If groups are independent, use an independent t-test; if they are related, use a paired t-test. - More Than Two Groups: Use ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) for comparing more than two groups. If you have repeated measures, consider Repeated Measures ANOVA.
