Downloader trojans often spread through phishing emails, malicious websites, or infected attachments. Nurses and healthcare staff might inadvertently download these trojans by clicking on a link or opening an attachment that appears to be from a trusted source. Once downloaded, the trojan can install itself and begin downloading other malicious software.
