Walking Test: The patient is observed while walking a short distance. Nurses look for symmetry, balance, and smoothness. Timed Up and Go (TUG) Test: The patient is asked to stand up from a chair, walk three meters, turn around, walk back, and sit down. Gait Speed: Measuring the time it takes for a patient to walk a specific distance.
